2023 Estate Syrah

Deep, brilliant ruby red color. Initial aromas of mineral, forest floor, cedar-wrapped herb; then showing cocoa, graphite, and vanilla. Mouth-coating balanced, and “polite” entry. Distinctive dark plum, blackberry, and toffee showing. A long and persistent finish. Delicious now, but built for the cellar.
