This class will uncover the aromas hiding in young wines, and how they express themselves in wines aged in your cellar. Discover primary and secondary aromas in young wines, then enjoy the tertiary (aged) aromas that develop with age and proper cellaring. A rare treat to taste and understand older wines alongside their young counterparts, with bites and food pairing suggestions.
