At Home "Meet the Vintners Parties" exclusively for our Thomas Jefferson club members!

You throw the party, we supply the wine.

We will come to your home to help you impress your friends with wine from your favorite wine club.

How it works:  You invite and host up to 50 guests for an event at your home (or other location of your choice*) and one of our Proprietors will travel to your location with samples to pour for your friends. 

We will give a brief description of the wines and share some history of the winery. You can even choose to include a short wine education presentation.  During the event we will be able to offer onsite bottle sales or take orders depending on the location.

We will only have 6 of these parties available each calendar year for entire Thomas Jefferson Wine Club so be sure to book yours right away!

*The venue must be located in a state that allows direct wine shipments and cannot be a liquor licensed facility. 

FAQ's:

What if I live outside the state of Washington?

Not a problem!  We will travel to your location at our expense.  We may ship the wine samples to your home in advance of the event and we will need to take orders versus providing on site sales.

How many guests can I include?

We ask that you limit the event to 50 guests.  This is a managable size to allow us to interact with all of the guests.  We don't want anyone to feel left out!

Is there any cost to me?

We ask that you provide the venue and food if desired.  We will supply the wine samples and all marketing materials as well as the vintner.

Are there any dates that are excluded?

We will not be booking parties during the month of December.

What is in it for you?

Our hope is to be able to introduce Ambassador wines to folks that love wine as much as you do.  We ask that you allow us to share information about our wine club and to offer on site sales (as allowed by law).

Why are you only offering six parties per year when you have so many club members?

We are still a small business and we have a limited number of proprietors that will be able to host these events.  Washington state law also limits the number of permits we are able to use for off site wine sales per year.  We will do our best to accommodate all party requests and we will build a wait list if necessary.
