Lively deep velvet red. Red melon fruit right off the top. Berries and cherries, with clean lines; cotton candy, with a hint of honey and sassafras. Pepper spice and dark fruit notes. Soft texture and balance on the palate with a touch of sweet vanilla. Easy to sip in its youth, should pair well with charcuterie, or anything grilled.
